The application (Remittance) allows users to do their daily tasks regarding data updating such as the Today's Total Order Value, Today's NTD Order Value , Remittance Required Today and Remittance planned Today. The user's mobile number, name, and other personal details are encrypted and securely stored. We do not capture sensitive data of the user, and your information is never shared with third parties.
Terms and Conditions:
- "Remittance" is conceptualized, organized and hosted by Corporate Incentive Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at SCO 705, Second Floor, NAC, Manimajra, Chandigarh, U.T., Pin 160101, India ( "Corporate Incentive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. During the period from 03 January 2025 to 31 March 2025 , both days inclusive. Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the application Period, as it deems fit.
- The OTP service is a feature that automatically generates and retrieves one-time passwords (OTP) for user authentication purposes. It is designed to enhance security and streamline the login process for users. It does not belong to anyone else, nor do we store this data with ourselves.
Use of the Application:
- The application supports a hierarchical structure with three types of users: WD, AE, and AM.
- WD (Warehouse Distributor): Responsible for submitting planned remittance targets.
- AE (Area Executive): Monitors and reviews WD data for accuracy and progress.
- AM (Area Manager): Oversees all data, providing insights and ensuring compliance with targets.
- Data Management:
- Remittance data is uploaded daily to enable tracking, analysis, and goal assessment.
- WD users are required to input their planned target remittance values daily.
- The system ensures that all data is secure, reliable, and accessible only to authorized users.
- User Accessibility:
- AE and AM users can view remittance details, including uploaded data and planned values submitted by WD users.
- Data visibility is restricted according to user roles to maintain hierarchy and confidentiality.
- Accountability:
- All users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data they upload or review.
- Failure to update remittance values in a timely manner may result in discrepancies or delays.
- Application Usage Guidelines:
- Users must log in using their assigned credentials and ensure these remain confidential.
- Any unauthorized access or misuse of the application will be subject to disciplinary actions as per company policies.
- Updates and Maintenance:
- The application may undergo periodic updates to improve functionality and user experience.
- Users will be notified in advance about scheduled maintenance or any potential downtime.
